The Appraiser is a carpenter by trade. Also has a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering (Texas A&M)Worked in residential construction extensively. My approach to appraising is professional, no nonsense straight forward, honest and ethical.  I do have strict licensing guidelines to work under (UAPAP). I appraise for ReFinance, Purchases, Mnufactured, Modular, New Construction, FHA, Employee Relocation and appraisal reviews. Fees are based upon the distance required to travel from Medina County, Ohio.
